Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Experience in gerontological/long-term care nursing.
• Knowledge of team nursing and AMS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Record and communicate residents’ medical, social, functional needs.
• Participate in shift reports and handoffs.
• Coordinate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Perform initial assessments and assist with care plans.
• Maintain thorough clinical and administrative documentation.
