Job summary

Mercy Hospital South is seeking an RN for General Surgery 3W. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth care delivery.

Upcoming responsibilities include evaluating care effectiveness and upholding Mercy Service Standards, with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and a sign-on bonus based on experience. Mercy offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of: Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.
• Education required for Missouri RN licensure or compact licensure.
• Experience: hospital experience preferred.
• Certification: BLS required or will be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and accountability of care provided by team members.
