Mercy Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for the General Surgery 3W inpatient unit in St. Louis. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, coordinating with other departments and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

This role offers a night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a full-time schedule and sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for experienced nurses or up to $5,000 for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
• Education from an accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma, or BSN).
• Hospital experience preferred; new graduates welcome depending on unit.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for patient care on assigned units.
• Evaluates care effectiveness by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and protects patient confidentiality.
