SSM Health St. Anthony's Midwest is seeking a Regular-Shift nurse to join the Ministry Float Pool for full-time night shift. Provides direct nursing care per established policies, aims to improve quality of care, and supports patient families with tailored care plans.

This role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, BLS, and at least one year of experience. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• One year RN experience recommended.
• Current state RN license and BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Uses standards of medical-surgical nursing practice to improve quality of care and life.
• Establishes relationships with patient and family to tailor care plans.
• Uses the nursing process to implement and evaluate care.
• Educates the patient and family about health measures.
