SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital Midwest is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical unit on the night shift.

You will provide direct nursing care under established policies and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure per state requirements; no prior experience is required.

Qualificações

• Graduate of accredited nursing program or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.
• BLS HCP and RN licensure in IL, MO, OK, or WI per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Uses medical-surgical nursing standards to improve quality of care and quality of life for patients and families.
• Establishes relationships with patients and families to tailor the care plan.
• Uses the nursing process: assessment, diagnoses, planning, interventions, evaluation.
• Develops assessment and management strategies considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors.
• Coordinates with the inter-professional team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Educates patients and families about measures to promote health and comfort.
• Mentors nursing colleagues and supports a healthy work environment.
• Applies evidence-based practice to patient care as per department scope.
