Job summary

UMass Memorial Health Alliance-Clinton Hospital, Inc. in Leominster, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 12-hour night shift (7 PM–7 AM).

This non-exempt position offers a competitive hourly pay range and opportunities for professional growth within a large health system. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process from admission to discharge, conducting assessments, coordinating care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration required.
• BLS is a requirement; ACLS certification preferred.
• BSN highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the Nursing Process to manage patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedures.
• Develops and coordinates individual plans of care including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates and evaluates nursing care in the clinical setting.
• Delays to others per competency and job description.
• Documents patient care according to standard procedures.
• Assists in education and development of staff.
