Qualifications

• Current licensure in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse or Compact state licensure

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs using assessment information
• Plan, organize, implement and evaluate patient care
• Maintain a safe environment and accurate records
• Act as charge nurse as assigned
• Administer medication as ordered by physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health system staff and medical staff
• Monitor care quality based on outcome indicators
• Support patients' cultural and spiritual beliefs within medical limits
