Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan and implement professional nursing care in alignment with hospital policies.

The RN will assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned, administer medications, and monitor patient care quality across the unit, while supporting cultural and spiritual considerations within medical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and speaking English proficiently.

Responsabilités

• Assesses the patient and identifies patient care needs.
• Uses patient assessment information to organize appropriate patient care.
• Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Functions as charge nurse as assigned.
• Maintains an accurate and relevant record of patient care.
• Administers medication as ordered by physician.
• Recognizes life threatening situations and responds appropriately.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with Health System staff and medical staff.
• Monitors quality of care based on outcome indicators.
• Participates in cost containment and accurate charging for patient services.
