Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to improve clinical quality and safety.
• Operations - Focus on safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
