Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Active RN license with Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient conditions and health status.
• Plan and document interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implement and evaluate care, updating plans as needed.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance quality and safety.
• Support department operations and contribute to team goals.
