Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care with evidence-based nursing.
• Identify outcomes and document planned nursing interventions.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions with a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvement to achieve clinical quality, patient safety, and efficiency.
• Operate with safety and quality focus as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
