Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to policy.
• Lead process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for safe, effective care.
• Operate within the Emergency Department 24/7/365 framework.
