Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Patient Care Supervisor for Monroe Regional Hospital's Emergency Center. You will coordinate patient care, manage shift operations, and lead the care team to ensure efficient patient flow. Exert clinical leadership, act as a resource, and coach staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required or must be obtained within 3 years.
• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily transition rounds and ensure effective communication.
