Job summary

Wellbrook Recovery seeks an experienced RN for the Detox and Residential Night Shift, delivering essential nursing care in a detox and residential treatment setting. You will monitor patients overnight, perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and ensure safety in alignment with treatment plans and facility protocols.

The role requires an active OH RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication skills to collaborate with on-site medical and behavioral health teams.

Qualifications

RN license in OH (active & unrestricted).
OH state nursing board eligibility and licensure required.
CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to detox and residential clients during night shift.
Perform comprehensive assessments including vitals, withdrawal monitoring, and risk evaluations.
Administer medications per physician orders, including MAT when applicable.
Monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition; take appropriate action.
Document all care in EMR and maintain compliance with medical and legal standards.
