Job summary

This role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS/Healthcare Provider, and ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as applicable. The position offers a fast‑paced environment with opportunities for professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Florida RN license valid.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• 2 years ER experience required.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC are required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment and interprets data from monitors and other displays.
• Responds to life‑saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol.
• Develops and revises individualized plans of care.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage care.
