Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time night-shift position in the United States. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and support the healing ministry of Christ as part of AdventHealth's mission.

The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with policy and state regulations. Required ADN with RN license; BSN preferred, and at least one year of acute care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where the position is located.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• At least one year of acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and policies.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate as needed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge plans.
• Document care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
