Job summary
Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct nursing care to residents and to supervise LPNs and nursing assistants in a faith-based community. The position ensures care in line with federal and state regulations, while prioritizing person-centered care and resident comfort.
We offer a generous benefits package and start at $37.00 per hour with a weekend premium pay plan, plus additional pay based on experience.
Qualifications
- Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term care community or other related health care facility and geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs and nursing assistants in accordance with current standards and regulations.
