Eastgate Manor Nursing & Rehab, operated by American Senior Communities, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the full-time night shift. The RN will provide compassionate care, perform assessments, and document resident changes while collaborating with the care team to meet residents’ physical and psychosocial needs.

Ideal candidates hold a current Indiana RN license and demonstrate a strong passion for geriatric nursing. C.A.R.E. values guide interactions with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes accurately.
