Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking an RN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise LPNs and nursing assistants in a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community. The role emphasizes person-centered care and adherence to federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifying candidates must have an active RN license in the state and a nursing degree, with supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care community or related health care facility preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures and applicable long-term care laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Ensure supervision complies with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

Education

Nursing degree or RN program

Active RN license in state
