As a professional nurse, you will apply evidence-based practice, uphold ethical standards, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure safety and exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license for single state or multi-state compact.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in clinical care using evidence-based practice.
• Delivers relationship-based patient-centered care that reflects population-specific characteristics.
• Partners with patient and family using appropriate methods (bedside shift report; rounds; teaching; shared goals).
• Practices using current clinical standards and guidelines; demonstrates teamwork and collaboration.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care; promotes inclusive communication.
• Supports performance improvement, research utilization, and adherence to system policies and safety standards.
