Qualifications

• RN license required (GA or compact).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• English (read/write/speak) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) in evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care thoroughly and participate in rounds and governance activities.
• Support evidence-based practice and performance improvement initiatives.
• Proactively plan patient care across the care continuum.
