Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• RN license in Georgia or compact multi-state license.

Responsabilités

• Perform the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting diverse populations.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation.
• Engage patient and family in planning and education.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
• Adhere to professional practice standards and organizational policies.
