Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license required or eligible.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, patient rights, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead a clinical department with collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and nursing care delivery.
• Conduct patient experience rounds and real-time service recovery.
• Coordinate assignments, staffing, and unit workflow to ensure safety and quality.
• Coach and mentor nursing staff; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor infection control, patient safety goals, and medication administration practices.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and effective hand-off communications.
