Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in New Mexico is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead shift operations in collaboration with the Nursing Department Director/Manager. You will oversee nursing care delivery, safety, and quality metrics while guiding daily provision of patient care.

In this role you will supervise department associates, coach staff, participate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN license in NM.
• BSN preferred and national specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Oversee patient care assignments and staff scheduling.
• Monitor compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards.
• Coach staff and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
