Job summary

The Hoy Center at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate clinical care in our Long-Term center on the Chesapeake Bay. You will ensure exceptional resident outcomes and foster innovative healthcare delivery in a home-like setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active VA RN license (or compact), have at least 2 years of nursing experience, and are proficient with common software systems. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Virginia (or compact).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and inform physician of significant changes in resident health status.
• Maintain and review medication and resident records.
• Participate in assessments and care planning reviews; revise plans as needed.
• Report problems/complaints involving nursing services promptly to leadership.
• Coordinate care with residents and families; document care activities.
• Lead staff in delivering care and ensure regulatory compliance.
