Job summary

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is seeking a registered nurse to join our Long-Term care center on the Chesapeake Bay. You will coordinate clinical care and ensure exceptional resident outcomes in a supportive, faith-based community setting.

As an RN, you will engage in assessments, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with families and healthcare teams. This full-time night-shift role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Virginia (or compact).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Proficient with software applications and systems used in The Hoy Center (Google, Microsoft, PCC, etc.).
• Must maintain CPR certification.
• Flu vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and inform physicians of significant changes in residents' health status.
• Maintain medication and resident records.
• Participate in assessment and care planning reviews.
• Report problems involving nursing services to the Team Leader.
