The role requires Florida RN licensure, with BSN preferred, and completion of unit orientation, competency checklists, and annual CBLs. Strong communication and adherence to policies are essential for delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN – State of Florida with nursing degree; BSN preferred.
• Completion of unit orientation and competency checklist.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Certifications as required by the unit.
• Annual competency based learning modules (CBLs).
• Documentation of assessments on admission and ongoing.
• Involves family in the plan of care as needed.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and ethics.
• Reports to work as scheduled and adheres to attendance.
