Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Decisional Unit, night shift. This full-time role (36 hours per week) runs 7pm–7:30am, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. May float to other inpatient units as needed.

You will provide nursing care, apply the nursing process, maintain practice standards, and support colleagues while prioritizing patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of staff nurse experience preferred.
• Cardiac telemetry experience preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.
• Illinois nursing license active.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Maintains competency with current practice standards.
• Guides and mentors peers and staff.
• Ensures patient safety and quality care.
• Documentation completed thoroughly and timely.
