Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Decisional Unit on the night shift in Chicago, IL. This role involves fast-paced hospital-based patient care with potential float to other units as needed.

The position requires a valid Illinois nursing license, CPR, ACLS within 3 months, NIHSS within one month, and PALS/NRP consideration. Experience in staff nursing, cardiac telemetry, and critical care is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of staff nurse experience.
• Cardiac telemetry experience preferred.
• Critical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain competency with current nursing standards and practices.
• Guide and supervise nursing staff in delivering care.
• Integrate evidence-based practice and safety protocols.
• Document thoroughly and timely; participate in emergencies as needed.
