Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC invites experienced RNs to join as Charge Nurse on the Night shift. You will supervise clinical operations, assess and coordinate care, and ensure compliance with hospital standards. You will serve as patient advocate and administrative resource during your shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care via the nursing process, delegating tasks, and guiding staff. The role requires leadership, strong organization, and knowledge of regulatory standards; ACLS/BLS

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• One year of medical/surgical hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care through the nursing process with assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Delegate and supervise all nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinate nursing unit activities related to patient care.
• Participate in patient and family education as needed.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance to nursing staff and ancillary personnel.
• Participate in interdisciplinary review for patients and integrate information into the plan of care.
