The RN will supervise CNAs, administer medications per orders, perform assessments, and coordinate with physicians and families. A Missouri RN license and CPR/BLS are required; night-shift role offers strong leadership growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license (required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required).
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RN Charge Nurse and nursing leader on the night shift.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Supervise CNAs and provide direction to nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team; document meticulously.
