Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the night shift as Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team and ensure quality resident care.

Responsibilities

Serve as the LPN Charge Nurse and nursing leader on the night shift.
Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes.
Supervise CNAs and provide direction to the team.
Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and care team members.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and adherence to policies.
Support infection prevention and safety protocols.
