Ideal candidates hold an active Missouri LPN license with CPR/BLS, and have experience in long-term care or skilled nursing. The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active Missouri LPN license.
CPR/BLS certification.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the LPN Charge Nurse and nursing leader on the night shift.
Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
Respond to resident needs and changes in health status.
Supervise, support, and direct CNAs.
Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
Document nursing care and charting accurately.
Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies.
Support regulatory compliance and safe practices.
Promote a safe, respectful, team-oriented environment.
