Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation in Jefferson City, MO is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Charge Nurse to lead the night nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This full-time night shift role emphasizes leadership, quality resident care, and coordination with physicians and families.

The RN will supervise CNAs, administer medications, complete assessments, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations while maintaining a respectful, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Current, active Missouri RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Charge nurse or nursing leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RN Charge Nurse and nursing leader on the assigned night shift.
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in health status.
• Supervise, support, and provide direction to CNAs.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and charting.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
