Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse for night shift in El Paso, TX. This role coordinates and supervises nursing staff to ensure smooth unit operation and quality patient care.

You will lead patient rounds, participate in family teaching, and act as liaison among physicians, nurses, and staff while maintaining professional nursing standards. Qualifications include RN licensure in Texas or a compact state, BLS, ACLS by orientation end, and a minimum of 1

Qualifications

• RN license in TX or a compact state.
• Current BLS certification; obtain ACLS by end of orientation.
• ACLS must be obtained by the end of the department orientation.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plan of care and interventions each shift.
• Supervise RNs/LVNs and document care.
• Lead patient rounds and family teaching.
• Maintain safety and respond to rapid changes.
