You will deliver high-quality patient care, coordinate care with physicians and staff, and support patients and families through the care episode.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, leadership, collaboration, and ongoing professional development within a culture focused on patient safety and excellence.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact.
• Zero to two years of nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.

• Develops and maintains productive working relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Communicates safety hazards to management.
