Job summary

IU Health is seeking an experienced RN for the University Hospital Organ Transplant Unit. This 33-bed unit cares for recipients of kidney, liver, pancreas, intestine, or multi-visceral transplants. The role emphasizes initiative, compassion, and collaboration with multiple disciplines.

The selected candidate will work night shifts in a high-functioning environment with opportunities for career progression and cross-training into transplant ICU as needed.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC required.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions considered with >2 years acute care experience; subject to review.
• Basic Life Support certification required; additional Life Support certs may be needed.
