Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior nursing experience required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse and CPR per AHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for transplant outpatients across day/evening shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate pre- and post-transplant care.
• Support patient education and discharge planning to prevent readmissions.
