Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Day Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients. The RN will coordinate treatment plans, discharge plans, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

This role requires an active RN license in the chosen state, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and proficiency with EMR systems (KIPU preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Minimum age 21.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Experience with EMR systems, KIPU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and observe behaviors; report to multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and provide education.
• Use de-escalation skills to maintain safety.
• Develop admission, orientation, education, and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with treatment team on care plans and discharge planning.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and report maintenance needs.
• Record vital signs and document in patient records.
