Job summary

Metropolitan Health (a UHS facility) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time night shift (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) in a 144-bed behavioral health setting.

The RN will coordinate and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the health team and oversee LPNs and MHTs to ensure patient safety and well-being. Candidates should have a nursing degree from an accredited program, an active RN license in Michigan, and ideally 3+ years in a psychiatric health-care facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• RN license required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaboration with the health team.
• Oversee and direct LPNs and MHTs on their units to ensure patient safety and needs are met.
• Work the Part-Time Night Shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) with rotating holidays and weekends.
