Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for facility-based crisis care in North Carolina. The role involves nursing oversight, patient recovery, and coordination within a behavioral health/substance use disorder setting.

Patients are voluntary and require ADLs support, with typical 5–7 day stays. Opportunities include night shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, plus a shift differential for overnight/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Must meet Licensure/Certification requirements for the service.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor clients, participate in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment, and respond to crises.
• Maintain accurate inventories and logs per policy; follow controlled substances procedures.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and report adverse effects.
• Contribute to QA activities and participate in QA processes.
• Communicate effectively with the team and support nonstandard nursing assignments.
