RHA Health Services is hiring a Behavioral Health Urgent Care Nurse (RN) for the night shift in North Carolina. This full-time role provides oversight and nursing care in a facility-based crisis/non-hospital detox setting, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Patients are voluntary, with average stays of 5–7 days, and the team delivers integrated behavioral health care and substance use treatment. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an ADN, holds an active RN license,

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Meets education, experience, licensure/certification requirements for the service.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience; behavioral health nursing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and monitor clients, participate in behavioral health and substance use treatment, and respond to crises promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventories and logs in line with Controlled Substances policy.
• Monitor medications for side effects and adverse reactions.
• Complete QA activities and participate in QA processes.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
