This position is a member of a team that provides support, services, and treatments necessary to provide integrated care to individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders. Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons in a facility-based crisis/non-hospital detox setting. All patients are voluntary and perform their own ADLs. No physical or chemical restraints. Average length of stay of patients is 5 -7 days.
Our ideal Registered Nurse has excellent listening and communication skills, can pick up on nonverbal communication and is eager to work on nonstandard nursing assignments.
