Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse for a facility-based crisis/non-hospital detox unit. Night shifts available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs, plus competitive compensation and benefits.

The ideal candidate will hold an associate degree in nursing, be licensed, and have 1+ year of nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health. Strong assessment and crisis response skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Must meet nursing licensure and education requirements for the service.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience, behavioral health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license; vehicle may be required for some shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor clients using nursing principles in behavioral health and substance use crises.
• Comply with controlled substances policies and maintain accurate inventories.
• Monitor for medication side effects and adverse reactions.
• Complete QA activities and participate in QA processes.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
