Job summary

The State of Minnesota, Direct Care and Treatment, MSOP St Peter is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide direct professional nursing care during the night shift (10pm–8am) in a secure therapeutic setting. Loads of clinical duties include assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the treatment team.

Candidates must be a licensed RN in Minnesota, with NCLEX-RN eligibility considered. This role involves working every other weekend and requires adherence to safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• NCLEX-RN eligibility within six months encouraged.
• Direct Care & Treatment cannot provide work visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional nursing care in a therapeutic environment.
• Develop and implement client-specific nursing care plans.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing staff as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance in care delivery.
• Document assessments and health records accurately.
