Job summary

Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift at the CBHH Baxter facility. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing plans, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide direct care to adults with behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility for Minnesota RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient needs and develop individualized nursing plans with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide direct nursing interventions and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust plans; serve as charge nurse when assigned.
