Endeavor Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Acute Rehab Unit on the Night shift in Arlington Heights, IL. The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, with hours from 7:00pm to 7:30am and alternating weekends.

You will assess patients, coordinate care plans, educate patients and families, and participate in quality initiatives while staying current with nursing standards and Illinois licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and care teams in person, by phone and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching to meet learning needs.
• Participates in quality improvement to evaluate nursing practice and outcomes.
• Maintains current nursing knowledge, practice standards, laws and regulations.
