Job summary

Advocate Health’s Observation Unit in High Point is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate patient care in a 12-bed medical-surgical setting with short stays. You will perform nursing processes, deliver therapeutic care, and ensure safety and patient-centered outcomes across the care continuum.

This role requires an accredited nursing program completion, valid state RN license, BLS certification, and more than one year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
