Job summary

Advocate Health's 6 South Neuro-Telemetry Unit at High Point Medical Center in North Carolina is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join a 36-bed progressive care unit providing care to adults with high-acuity neurological and cardiac monitoring needs.

You will work 3 twelve-hour night shifts weekly, 7pm to 7am, with every 3rd weekend rotation, and coordinate care using evidence-based practice, collaborating with RNs, LPNs, and NAs to ensure patient safety and a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create a safe environment and optimal patient experience across the continuum.
