Advocate Health’s High Point Medical Center Observation Unit seeks an experienced RN to coordinate patient care during short stays and participate in a protocol-driven care pathway. The role emphasizes safety, evidence-based practice, and compassionate communication in a fast-paced setting.

The position is full-time, nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a weekend rotation, on-site in High Point, NC. A licensed RN with over 1 year of experience and BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Promote patient safety and a positive care environment across the continuum.
